National Guide to South African Real Estate
The national Guide to South African Real Estate is celebrating its 5th year of production. It is an in house magazine published by Engel &Vӧlkers Southern Africa which was launched in March 2007. It is the only of its kind in South Africa and has enjoyed tremendous growth over this period and now has approx 120 000 readership and circulation is currently running at 60 000 copies per month.
“After extensive research and having failed to find something suitable and in keeping with our sophisticated brand in the marketplace, we decided to take the bold step of producing our own national advertising medium”, says Craig Hutchison CEO of Engel &Völkers Southern Africa. Engel &Völkers already produces the Global Guide, a high gloss lifestyle and architectural magazine that has been in circulation across the world for over a decade. The synergy between the two publications is clear.
“The magazine is targeted at professional investors, brokers, portfolio managers and everyone interested in expanding on or diversifying their investment portfolio. It is also a free publication and can be collected at any Engel &Völkers shop country wide,” Craig concluded.
